Surveys for Susan Heaton-Wright

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Creative Stripes and Susan Heaton-Wright, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, participants must complete the survey/s and provide their email address. Survey answers are all anonymous.
2.2 Entries must be submitted before 28th February 2025.

3. Prizes

3.1 Two £25 Amazon.co.uk vouchers will be awarded as prizes, one for each of the two surveys.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
3.3 No cash alternative will be offered.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 The winners will be selected at random on 3rd March 2025.
4.2 The winners will be notified by email.
4.3 If the selected winner does not acknowledge receipt within 3 working days of email, the prize may be offered to the next selected winner.

5. General Terms and Conditions

5.1 The promoter of this competition is Creative Stripes on behalf of Susan Heaton-Wright.
5.2 The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
5.4 By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.5 The promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances that may interfere with the competition.
5.6 Personal data submitted by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
5.7 The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms and conditions.
